These services, which involve no fees to the client, are targeted to Connecticut residents, who desire to pursue a program of postsecondary education.

The EOC Counselor meets with individuals to describe EOC services. The CONNTAC application for assistance is given to those interested in receiving EOC services. The application must be completed, signed, and returned to the EOC Counselor with proof of income. Appointments are scheduled for individual counseling sessions.
